About Us

In 1982, Berlin’s Bergmannstr. 99a became the first headquarters of the publisher Ararat GmbH.  In addition to Turkish literature, the publisher also offered postcards designed by Turkish artists.

With time, other Berlin postcard lines were absorbed into Ararat’s product assortment and it became a goal to offer postcards from around the world.  Thus emerged the Ararat store as we know it today.

The range of products has expanded over the years to include a variety of specialty papers, photo albums, stationary and journals.  An assortment of the latest trends in giftware rounds out the selection.
